The Helmet HERO Wide quick-release attaches to vented and non-vented helmets, bikes, kayaks, skis,

snowboards, and even includes a head strap for wearing like a headlamp. Four quick-release adhesive

mounts, a vented helmet strap, headlamp style head strap, and associated accessories are included.

Adhesive mounts are removable but require purposeful removal by user. Safe on painted surfaces.

Additional expansion mounts available separately, including handlebar/seatpost, chest harness,

roll bar, and surfboard mounts. More mounts are always being developed for your convenience.

Looking for a slightly less-wide view to add variety to your video? 1080p is captured at 127° while 960p and 720p are captured at maxi-wide 170° wide angle.

GoPro has got more hours in development of their sound recording system than most companies put into their entire camera. When you hit ludicrous speed and only hear enough wind sound to let you know you're hauling the mail... you'll appreciate GoPro's OCD approach to sound.

5 Megapixel Photo Modes
While you might be after HD video, you might also just want a 5MP photo for a nice big print. That's why the 170° lens is sharp from corner to corner, edge to edge... and why the 1.4 LUX low light performance is industry leading and why the 5MP sensor is a massive 1/2.5 inches.

2, 5, 10, 30, 60 seconds Auto-Photo Mode. Just press the shutter button and forget about it. The battery lasts for over 2 hours of shooting a photo every 2 seconds.

3-Photo Burst Mode. Shoot 3 photos in two second burst mode. GoPro purposely spaced the photos out over 2 seconds to give you sequence-friendly timing.

Self-Timer Mode. Grab your fellow HEROs and strike a pose. What's a camera without a bit of tradition? Get your self-timer on and GoPro!

Don't Worry with the Rugged Waterproof Housing
